I made the mistake a while back, by buying a pair of Dj stanton 3000 headphones. Well they broke, And while searching online i found that 9/10 people who owned these headphones had the same problem.
I barely used them, anyways,,,
im here now, and doing some research. I make music on the computer using fl studio aka fruityloops. I need headphones that are comfortable, good quality, or decent... and have great sound processing, i deal with heavy bass, and hi pitch sounds, and well all sorts, and i need good headphones, perferebly under 65 dollars..
is that to much to ask, i do alot of shoppn online, know any good links?
thanks !
I would definitely recommend the Sennheiser models for your music making needs. Sennheiser's have great sound quality with punchy bass and smooth mids/highs, and they have excellent build quality. I have tried many models of Sennheisers and have always come away impressed.
At retail prices, you can spend around $100 for a mid-range Sennheiser model, all the way up to $1,000+ for their top of the line model. At eBay or other online retailers, you can find them for much cheaper prices. It just depends on your budget and your tastes.
I have been using my Sennheiser HD-280 Pro headphones for over 2 years now and haven't had any problems. I also used the HD-428 for about a month, and they were decent for the price but I ended up going back to the HD-280 Pro. A full review of my experience with these headphones can be found at the links below.
